1. All children from newborn to 4 years of age are eligible. The child must reside within the Denton Record-Chronicle's delivery area.
2. Deadline to enter child is Wednesday, February 6, 2013.
3. Cost is $15 per photo per child and will be featured in the Denton Record-Chronicle’s Babies of 2032 that will be published on Monday, February 25.
4. You may submit up to three photos per child for the Babies of 2012, but the child will be entered to win only one time.
5. The Denton Record-Chronicle reserves the right to crop submitted photo.
6. One child will be randomly selected as the Grand Prize Winner and will receive a $500 cash and will also receive a portrait session with Monica Torres Photography. Session is for the winner only and will include time and talent, editing and processing of images, as well as an 8x10 wall portrait for the grand prize winner. One portrait from the session will be featured on the cover of the Babies of 2013.
7. Three additional children will be randomly selected to win a $250 cash as well as a portrait session with Monica Torres Photography. Session is for the runners-up only and will include time and talent, editing and processing of images, as well as a 5x7 wall portrait for the runners-up. One portrait from the session will be featured on the back cover of the Babies of 2013.
8. Each winning child will be contacted by Monica Torres Photography and must be available for their portrait session to take place between Friday, February 8, 2013 and Monday, February 18, 2013. If a child is unavailable during this time, that child will forfeit his/her prize and another child will be chosen.
9. Prize money must be claimed within 60 days or it will be forfeited.
10. Children or grandchildren of the Denton Record-Chronicle are not eligible to be entered to win prizes, but can be published in the Babies of 2013 publication.
11. Denton Record-Chronicle reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
