THE CONTEST:
Mother’s Day Photo CONTEST is an internet-only contest on DentonRC.com.

Mother’s Day Photo Contest is presented by the Golden Triangle Mall and supporting sponsors Davanti Salon.Spa, BEST WESTERN PREMIER Crown Chase Inn & Suites and Greenhouse Restaurant & Bar.

A valid contestant must go DentonRC.com and go to the Mother’s Day Photo Contest section and follow the entry procedure. The contest winner will be randomly selected at random from among all of the valid entries. A valid contestant can submit up to three pictures. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase chances of winning. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. 

By participating in the contest, the contestant agrees to allow their name and/or submitted picture to be used in any advertising or promotion relating to this contest, including being printed the Denton Record-Chronicle.

DEADLINES:
Online entries will be accepted starting Sunday, April 3, 2016. The deadline for submitting entries is Sunday, May 1, 2016. The winner will be randomly drawn on Monday, May 2, 2016. The winner will be announced on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 8, 2016. The winner will be notified via the e-mail submitted with their registration.
 
PRIZE:
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize is a $500 Golden Triangle Mall shopping spree for "Mommy" and a $500 Golden Triangle Mall shopping spree for "Me". Three (3) runners-up will win either a Davanti Salon.Spa GIFT BASKET, a FREE night stay at BEST WESTERN PREMIER Crown Chase Inn in Denton or a $100 Greenhouse Restaurant & Bar GIFT CERTIFICATE.

OTHER CONTEST REQUIREMENTS:
Eligible contestants must be 18 years of age or older, a Northern Denton County resident and have a valid driver’s license. Must reside in the DRC coverage area.

Winners must pick up their prize at the DRC office between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM, within 2 months of winning announcement and follow the instructions to redeem their prize. Winner must present a picture ID to establish identity. Prize is non-transferable. No substitutions are permitted. Redemption of prize is subject to any restrictions, and or conditions established by participating vendors. Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes and gratuities in conjunction with acceptance of any prize. Winner is responsible for any costs related to the acceptance of the prize. By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to allow their name and/or submitted picture used in any advertising or promotion relating to this contest, without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of any prize. DRC reserves the right to impose an additional age limit. DRC may not be held responsible for any technical difficulties that results in a failure in the delivery of an eligible entry, printing or typographical errors in any contest related materials or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible entries.

DRC, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of DentonRC.com or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. The media company further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
Employees of DRC and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited. DRC reserves the right to supplement or change contest rules at any time. All decisions of the DRC contest coordinator are final.
